Description
Most medium hardness materials such as steel, SS, brass, iron and non ferrous materials are milled using ACCUSHARP end mills, which are constructed from premium sub micron graden carbide. Nano, Ultrafine, and Submicron grades of carbide are what are commonly utilized for end mills. Binder content ranges between 3 and 12 percent by weight. Grain sizes less than 1m have the highest hardness and compressive strengths, as well as remarkable wear resistance and breaking reliability. Die and mould, automotive, aerospace and other industries are among the well-supplied. Solid Carbide Cutting Tools for milling hardened die steel and tool steel such as D2, D3, H13, and others up to 65 HRc. End mills are a type of cutting instrument that is used in end milling activities.
